The company name may be new but the staff have been in primary school for many years with our lead coach and manager having been coaching for the past 18 years.
In that time PE has evolved in the primary schools to the point that specialist like ourselves are now employed by schools to deliver it.
Our preference is not to replace the teacher but ideally it would be to work with them and collaborate on the delivery. However with finances tight at most schools this is often not conducive to the simple running of the school and so we are able to take responsibility of the whole PE curriculum delivery should this be the case.
We simply slot in follow the schools core values and rules and endeavour to deliver to the best of our ability for the children.
